Our Team

Chief Executive Officer

Bryan Bloom is a business builder and operating executive whose background spans finance, strategy, and healthcare innovation.  His experience includes leadership roles at BetterHealthcare and TailorMed, the founding of Ockham Razor Advisory, and earlier work at ENODO Global, Barclays, and IBM.  He earned his undergraduate degree in Economics and Political Science from Colgate University and his MBA in Finance and Management from the Wharton School.

At LivestockForge, Bryan brings that operator’s discipline to a bold biotechnology mission in cattle and the broader production animal sector.  He sees the company’s disease resistance work as a chance to pair advanced science with practical industry impact by strengthening animal health, supporting producers, and helping build a more resilient food system.  Bryan’s grandfather was a cattleman, which makes founding LivestockForge not only strategically meaningful, but also a deeply personal connection to his family’s past.

Chief Scientific Officer

Dr. Cherice Roth is a veterinarian, executive, and industry leader known for combining clinical credibility with innovation in modern animal health.  She is Chief Veterinary Officer of Digital Pet Health for Mars Veterinary Health, a graduate of Texas A&M’s veterinary school, and also holds a master’s degree in biochemistry from the University of North Texas Health Science Center.  Across her career, she has been recognized for leadership in veterinary medicine, digital health, mentorship, and access to care.

At LivestockForge, Dr. Roth brings a practical veterinary lens to a bold biotechnology mission.  With a strong background in companion and production animal medicine, digital care, and veterinary leadership, that perspective is highly relevant to LivestockForge’s work in cattle and other production animals, where breakthrough science still has to translate into real-world health impact, producer value, and stronger food-system resilience.  She helps connect advanced innovation with the realities of animal care, industry adoption, and the broader mission of improving animal health at scale.
